QUALIFICATIONS: ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, 30 years of experience in adult and youth strength and fitness training.

SPECIALTIES: Strength Training, Weight Loss, Lean Mass Gaining, Overall Body Firming and Toning, Fitness Training, Circuit Training, Cardiovascular Training, Youth Sports Strength Training and Conditioning, Adult and Senior Individualized Programs, Group Training, Couples Training, Food Strategies, Meal Planning.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Expect a genuine want from me to help you achieve your desired fitness level, strength training, weight loss, lean muscle gain, or conditioning goals. Expect to be coached and challenged, but at the same time to have fun doing it while you enjoy the overall improvements of your fitness level that only personalized training can provide. Being a Physical Therapist allows me to be able to manually stretch your muscles, mobilize your joints, and provide vibration massage if needed, in addition to the workouts.

WHAT TO EXPECT:  With over 20 years of Physical Therapy experience, along with my Personal Training and being a former gym owner, I can help provide the best plan for you.  Cookie cutter workouts are not what I am about. Customized one-on-one exercise plans, along with nutritional guidance will give you the ultimate training experience. Being a busy mom of 3 boys, I understand that life is hectic. Therefore, I make sure that your one-on-one time with me will yield the best results through my specialized knowledge in how the body works and teaching you how to optimize your training experience.
